Karen, tasting room manager, comes to us with over 10 years event and wedding planning experience.  Karen is a 6th generation native Oregonian.  Her family came to the area on the Oregon Trail in 1851, settling in Dayton, OR, 25 miles from our winery.  Karen enjoys spending time with her fiancé and son, traveling and learning about the history of both local and distant regions, food and of course wine.  In her spare time, Karen donates her time to her son’s school activities as well as helping to find homes for rescued greyhounds.

Linda, Director of Marketing, runs the administrative office and wine club. She has been instrumental in entering the wine into competitions and gaining exposure for the brand. Linda lives in Crockett, California with her husband of 30+ years and loves doting on her 2 grandchildren. She likes to spend summer days at Lake Berryessa water skiing.  

John, one of the winemakers, represents the Sicilian of the pair. He has been trained in the field of pathology, laboratory medicine and molecular diagnostics, as his full-time job, practicing for over 25 years, however, he appreciates the stability and natural beauty of working in the 5 acre Carneros vineyard - pruning, spraying, and tending the vines. He is constantly “on the go” at work and in the vineyard but still finds time to cook old family and traditional Italian recipes whenever possible.

Gail, she’s Justin’s Mom and one of the winemakers, loves to ski when she’s not working as a DNA technologist. She works in every aspect of the winery and vineyard and loves to spend mornings before work on her pink tractor.  She worked on the final design and decorating plans for the new tasting room!  

Justin works at the winery in every aspect of production.  When Justin, a California native, isn’t selling Ardiri Pinot noir, working in the vineyard or at the winery, you can find him skiing or downhill mountain biking.  He recently passed the first section of his Sommelier exam and is studying for the second.  He hopes to master all aspects of viticulture and enology.

Dan, the winery manager, resides in Carlton, Oregon with his wife and 2 young daughters. He has worked for the winery for over 5 years. In his spare time he enjoys the outdoors, kitchen creativity, and gardening.
