Tasting Notes:
Color – moderate ruby red
Nose – red fruit, spiced cherry, allspice, vanilla
Palate – medium full body, hint of oak, spicy kick
Finish – well balanced acidity, creamy, memorable
pH - 3.55
Alcohol - 14.2
Aging – 2 to 5 years
Produced and bottled by Gypsy Dancer Estates, Cornelius, Oregon. (Winery purchased by Árdíri in 2008.)

Tasting Notes:
Color – moderate ruby red
Nose – peppery, smoky
Palate – black raspberry, plum fruit, mocha
Finish – smooth, silky, bright acidity
pH - 3.3
Alcohol - 13.5
Aging – 2 to 5 years

2008 Carneros Napa Valley Pinot noir – 459 cases
From the exact same vineyard and produced using the same methods as the 2006
Tasting Notes:
· mild, earthy, with good balance
· plum fruit with hints of cola
· nicely integrated oak
· will cellar for 2-4 years
· Burgundian style – more like the French Pinots
