Our white wine blend is 50% Pinot gris and 50% Pinot blanc.  It had its formal release during the Memorial Day 2010 weekend.  This slightly sweet wine is best served chilled on a warm summer day.

 

Check back for continuing updates.  Plans are to bottle a California Pinot noir, an Oregon Pinot noir and perhaps a blend of the two!
